Established a social media campaign unique to CCC involving Facebook, Twitter and updates to the CCC Blog.Organized the first WestEnd Tweet-Up as a marketing plan to incorporate Social Media and bring more connections into the locale itself to make the local area aware of who CCC was and where we are. This first TweetUp here was hosted by myself with speaker Wayne Sutton (@waynesutton) and had an attendee list of 15 people, for an availability of 20.

Duties may include arranging sales packs,minor maintenance, assisting housekeeping manager with rooms, keeping housekeeping records as well as assisting general manager and assistant general manager with tasks.

Duties included registering guests, assisting guests with all needs and organizing front desk area for increased productivity. Occasionally assisted meetings with managers on hotel productivity and quality of service, with a focus on improvement. Assisted in achieving 5th place front desk out of approximately 529 hotels.
